Experience Sydney’s Ultimate Indoor Adventure at BOUNCE Homebush!
BOUNCE Homebush is a Sydney trampoline park tucked into the Homebush Logistics Centre on Parramatta Road. If you’re looking for things to do in Sydney with kids, our Homebush trampoline park has over 50 interconnected trampolines, a three-tiered Cliff Jump, and the world-famous X-Park. Every age and ability is welcome. Pure awesomeness every time!
Features at BOUNCE Homebush
X-Park and X-Run: Conquer the ninja obstacle course as stand-alone challenges or one full circuit, then take on X-Run, the first-of-its-kind head-to-head course suspended directly above it.
Cliff Jump: Three tiers, one balcony, and a giant airbag below. Pick your height and commit; it’s an awesome adrenaline rush that gets the heart racing and doesn’t take much skill to enjoy.
Free-Jump Arena: Over 50 interconnected trampolines, tumble tracks, and banked walls. The main stage for kids building coordination and confidence, and everyone else chasing the ultimate trampoline workout.
Dodgeball and Basketball: Dedicated courts and runway trampolines under full-height rings, so you can finally dunk. Dodgeball is trampoline warfare (soft balls, serious bragging rights), while Basketball lets you borrow the legs of the world’s best baller.
The Wall and Wall Climb: Vertical walls for freestyle tricks, plus routes for every climber, big or small. Think of it as a skate park made out of trampolines, crossed with a proper climbing wall.
High Performance and the Big Bag: More height, more air, and a soft landing waiting underneath. High Performance trampolines are built for skills development and advanced manoeuvres, and the Big Bag means you can go all out without worrying about the landing.
miniBOUNCE Zone: An interactive play area for children up to 110cm, built to help the little legends build balance and coordination while they play.
Friday Night Super Sessions give you up to three hours of jump time to end the week properly.
Venue info
Enter BOUNCE Inc Homebush through the Welfare Street entrance. On weekdays, you can use the allocated parking out the front; just be sure to check the signage. On weekends, you can park out the front without any restrictions.
Both levels are reachable by lift, and the BOUNCE Cafe handles snacks, meals, coffee, and drinks.
BOUNCE grip socks are compulsory on the trampolines, and it’s worth arriving 15 minutes early so check-in doesn’t eat into your session. Walk-ins aren’t guaranteed, so grab your session online first. Watching costs nothing, and jumping needs a ticket.
Parties and groups
Birthdays here are the hassle-free kind: your own room, a Host who runs the session, and a venue that does the entertaining for you. Find the party that suits you, whether that’s the Ultimate Party or a miniBOUNCER Party for the little legends. Schools, workplaces, and school-holiday programs are sorted here too.
