Health & Hygiene management is our new normal.  We are focused and super organised around ensuring our customers and staff can enjoy and safe and clean environment. Our enhanced safety measures include;

  • Consistent increased cleaning to ensure surfaces are disinfected throughout the day
  • Keeping maximum airflow in the venue by keeping roller doors, entry doors and windows open in addition to our huge industrial fans blasting  on high
  • Our staff will be wearing masks at all times in the venues where permitted to by state guidelines
  • The size and scale of our venues allows for significant personal space between customers and social distancing in venue is promoted and enforced
  • We smile but don’t touch. We ask our customers and hosts to unite in maintaining our sense of connection from a safe distance
  • Our safety measures are maintained by our COVID safe marshal, who you’ll be able to spot in their hi-vis vest
  • Our hosts are regularly monitored for any symptoms and have access to sick leave
  • Our customers are advised not to attend our venues if they are feeling unwell

flexible ticketing

Our customers can book their BOUNCE experience knowing they have the flexibility to move their booking if they decide to in the future. This includes all group, school and event bookings.

  • Bookings can be moved without penalty up to 12 months in the future.
  • All fees or deposits paid will be held in credit.

What are my options if guests or others associated with my party are affected by COVID-19?

  • If the birthday child or direct family member/household contact has contracted COVID-19 or is forced to isolate, we are able to move the booking to a new date that accommodates
  • If a party guest has contracted COVID-19 or is forced to isolate, we are able to provide a Free Pass to cover their place, or in some circumstances offer a partial refund

You are eligible to receive a full refund for your BOUNCE party under the following circumstances:

  • The venue is forced to closed due to lockdown or restrictions
  • We cannot deliver your party as originally booked due to staffing issues, density limitations or other restrictions placed on BOUNCE

  1. BOUNCE Marleston is currently open in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the South Australian Government

    Venue Capacity: Our venue capacity will be in line with Government regulations.

    Social Distancing: Our venues are huge, allowing for heaps of social distancing between each person within the centre. We ask that you always allow 1.5 meters between yourself and other patrons at all times. 

    Cleaning and Sanitisation: We uphold the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our facilities. High touch point surfaces are cleaned regularly throughout the day as well as our end of day cleaning. We have also placed multiple Hand Sanitising Stations around the park for your convenience and ask that you sanitise upon entry to the centre.

  2. BOUNCE Tingalpa, Gold Coast and miniBOUNCE Carindale are open in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the Queensland Government.

    The vaccination mandate does not apply to ‘indoor play centres’ of which we are currently categorised, therefore it will not be a requirement for customers to be vaccinated in order to enter our Queensland venues.

    Venue Capacity: Our venue capacity will be in line with Government regulations.

    Social Distancing: Our venues are huge, allowing for heaps of social distancing between each person within the centre. We ask that you always allow 1.5 meters between yourself and other patrons at all times. 

    Cleaning and Sanitisation: We uphold the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our facilities and have allocated a Hygiene Host to disinfect surfaces throughout each session. We have also placed multiple Hand Sanitising Stations around the park for your convenience and ask that you sanitise upon entry to the centre.

  3. BOUNCE Hobart is currently open in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the Tasmanian Government

    Face Masks: Mask are not currently required to be worn.

    Social Distancing: Our venues are huge, allowing for heaps of social distancing between each person within the centre. We ask that you always allow 1.5 meters between yourself and other patrons at all times. 

    Cleaning and Sanitisation: We uphold the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our facilities. High touch point surfaces are cleaned regularly throughout the day as well as our end of day cleaning.   4. All of our Victorian venues are open in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the Victorian Government

    Venue Capacity: Our venue capacity will be in line with Government regulations.

  5. BOUNCE Cannington is currently open in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the Western Australian Government

    Conditions of Entry: Until Thursday 28th April, all eligible visitors ages 16 and over will need to show proof of vaccination to enter our venue. Children under the age of 16 years do not need to show proof of vaccination status and children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.

    Acceptable Proof of Vaccination Status:

    COVID-19 Digital Certificate uploaded to the Services WA or Express Plus Medicare app.

    COVID-19 Digital Certificate uploaded to phone wallet

    Official Australian Immunisation Register certificate (digital or printed) with valid ID

    COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (digital or printed) with valid ID

    Medical Exemption (digital or printed) with valid ID

    Please note the following will not be accepted as proof of vaccination status:

    Vaccine appointment card

    Valid vaccination documentation without proof of ID

    Negative COVID-19 test result.

    Single Dose: Under the Government health order, guests will not be able to attend our venues unless they are fully vaccinated or hold a valid medical exemption. Bookings can be postponed until second dose has been received.

    Non Vaccinated: If you booked tickets to a session but are not fully vaccinated, you cannot attend your session. You can call our team to process a refund prior to your session. Venue Capacity: Our venue capacity will be in line with Government regulations.
