Covid-19 updates

  1. BOUNCE Adelaide is currently open in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the South Australian Government

    Face Masks: All people over the age of 12 will be required to wear a face mask when moving around the facility. Children under the age of 12 are not required to wear a mask.

    Venue Capacity: Our venue capacity will be in line with Government regulations.

    Party Capacity: Due to density quotient limits, our party rooms have additional restrictions on them, our team will be in contact with you if your party numbers are affected.

    Social Distancing: Our venues are huge, allowing for heaps of social distancing between each person within the centre. We ask that you always allow 1.5 meters between yourself and other patrons at all times. 

    Cleaning and Sanitisation: We uphold the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our facilities. High touch point surfaces are cleaned regularly throughout the day as well as our end of day cleaning. We have also placed multiple Hand Sanitising Stations around the park for your convenience and ask that you sanitise upon entry to the centre.

  2. BOUNCE Tingalpa, Gold Coast and miniBOUNCE Carindale are open in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the Queensland Government

    Face Masks: All people over the age of 12 will be required to wear a face mask when moving around the facility. Children under the age of 12 are not required to wear a mask.

    Venue Capacity: Our venue capacity will be in line with Government regulations.

    Party Capacity: Due to density quotient limits, our party rooms have additional restrictions on them, our team will be in contact with you if your party numbers are affected.

  3. BOUNCE Hobart is currently open in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the Tasmanian Government

    Social Distancing: Our venues are huge, allowing for heaps of social distancing between each person within the centre. We ask that you always allow 1.5 meters between yourself and other patrons at all times. 

    Cleaning and Sanitisation: We uphold the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our facilities. High touch point surfaces are cleaned regularly throughout the day as well as our end of day cleaning. We have also placed multiple Hand Sanitising Stations around the park for your convenience and ask that you sanitise upon entry to the centre.

  4. All of our Metro venues are closed in line with current restrictions, we will re-open on the 30th of October in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the Victorian Government. Our Regional venues will change to the below restrictions from the 30th October.

    Conditions of Entry: All eligible visitors over 16 will need to have received both COVID-19 vaccinations and provide verification of their vaccination status and proof of ID. Children under the age of 16 do not need to show proof of vaccination status but must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.

    Acceptable Proof of Vaccination Status:

    COVID-19 Digital Certificate uploaded to the Services Victoria app.

    COVID-19 Digital Certificate uploaded to phone wallet

    Official Australian Immunisation Register certificate

    Printed COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

    Medical exemption with valid, original letter signed and issued by a specified medical practitioner class ID

    Please note the following will not be accepted as proof of vaccination status:

    Vaccine appointment card

    Valid vaccination documentation without proof of ID

    Negative COVID-19 test result.

    Single Dose: Under the Government health order, guests will not be able to attend our venues unless they are fully vaccinated or hold a valid medical exemption.

    Non Vaccinated: If you booked tickets to a session but are not fully vaccinated, you cannot attend your session. You can call our team to process a refund prior to your session.

    Bookings and Supervisors: Due to the heavily restricted capacity, we encourage everyone to make a booking before arriving at BOUNCE. Due to the capacity restrictions set out by the Victorian Government, there is a limit of one supervisor per participant.

    Party Capacity: Due to density quotient limits, we are not currently running birthday parties.

Our Regional venues will be open from Friday 22nd October in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the Victorian Government. We will change to the above restrictions on the 30th October.

    Session Times: Sessions will run for 50 minutes. We will be using the time between sessions to clear the park. We are still offering both one and two-hour sessions, with a 10-minute break. We do ask that visitors remain vigilant of the time and exit the centre promptly once your session is complete.

    Bookings and Supervisors: Due to the heavily restricted capacity, we encourage everyone to make a booking before arriving at BOUNCE. All patrons within the centre must have a ticket allocated, this includes spectators. Infants under the age of one do not need a ticket. There is a temporary $5 supervisor fee. Due to the capacity restrictions set out by the Victorian Government, there is a limit of one supervisor per participant.
