Health & Hygiene management is our new normal. We are focused and super organised around ensuring our customers and staff can enjoy and safe and clean environment. Our enhanced safety measures include;
- Consistent increased cleaning to ensure surfaces are disinfected throughout the day
- The size and scale of our venues allows for significant personal space between customers and social distancing in venue is promoted and enforced
- We smile but don’t touch. We ask our customers and hosts to unite in maintaining our sense of connection from a safe distance
- Our hosts are regularly monitored for any symptoms and have access to sick leave
- Our customers are advised not to attend our venues if they are feeling unwell

flexible ticketing
Our customers can book their BOUNCE experience knowing they have the flexibility to move their booking if they decide to in the future. This includes all group, school and event bookings.
- Bookings can be moved without penalty up to 12 months in the future.
- All fees or deposits paid will be held in credit.
What are my options if guests or others associated with my party are affected by COVID-19?
- If the birthday child or direct family member/household contact has contracted COVID-19 or is forced to isolate, we are able to move the booking to a new date that accommodates
- If a party guest has contracted COVID-19 or is forced to isolate, we are able to provide a Free Pass to cover their place, or in some circumstances offer a partial refund
You are eligible to receive a full refund for your BOUNCE party under the following circumstances:
- The venue is forced to closed due to lockdown or restrictions
- We cannot deliver your party as originally booked due to staffing issues, density limitations or other restrictions placed on BOUNCE

Social Distancing: Our venues are huge, allowing for heaps of social distancing between each person within the centre. We ask that you always allow 1.5 meters between yourself and other patrons at all times.
Cleaning and Sanitisation: We uphold the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our facilities. High touch point surfaces are cleaned regularly throughout the day as well as our end of day cleaning. We have also placed multiple Hand Sanitising Stations around the park for your convenience and ask that you sanitise upon entry to the centre.
BOUNCE Tingalpa, Macgregor, Gold Coast and miniBOUNCE Carindale are open in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the Queensland Government.
Venue Capacity: Our venue capacity will be in line with Government regulations.
