you can expect an easy, no-fuss, and unbelievably AWESOME party experience when you celebrate at BOUNCE.
Here’s some helpful tips and information to get you ready for the big day!

PARTY AMENDMENTS
Party guests numbers can change up to 7 days prior to your party. A minimum of 10 guests is required. You can edit your party booking via your online account here. If you have no-shows on the day, a sibling, cousin or even parent can jump in to play. Please note that additional guests are subject to availability.
BIRTHDAY INVITES
Invites can be found on your confirmation email to send to all of your party guests or here. Don’t forget to tell all your guests to bring closed toe shoes. BOUNCE grip socks will be provided to all guests on arrival, with special birthday socks for the birthday jumper.
EXTERNAL FOOD
No external food or drink is allowed at BOUNCE except for your BYO birthday cake and lolly bags. Utensils, cups and plates are all provided at BOUNCE.

ARRIVAL
There’s no need to arrive too early for your party. You can find your dedicated arrival time on your booking confirmation email and invites to ensure you and your guests aren’t waiting too long for your party to start. Our awesome Party Host will be waiting at our Party Check In to greet your guests, get them checked in and ready to party.
CAFE TAB
If you wish to set up a cafe tab for your guests, please visit the cafe where a host can organise this for you before your guests arrive. Your Party Host will have your 2 FREE drinks card ready for you if you booked an eligible party pack. That is your choice of regular tea or coffee, 600ml Cool Ridge still water or 500ml Cool Ridge sparkling water to use at our cafe.
BIRTHDAY PRESENTS
We recommend you take all birthday presents to your car for safekeeping.
DECORATIONS
If you intend to decorate the room, we will do our best to accomodate, but you will gain access 5 minutes before the food arrives.
freestyle activities
Celebrations commence on the hour and the activities last for a total of 45 minutes (miniBOUNCE Parties) 60 minutes (Ultimate and Unhosted Parties). You can expect fun, inclusive activities, showcasing all the best areas of BOUNCE. Late arrivals will join your party on the activities. Your Party Host will take care of entertaining your jumpers while our team behind the scenes will ensure your party runs smoothly. If you have chosen an Unhosted Party, your guests will choose how they play across the activities without a dedicated party host to take them around.
NON-JUMPING GUESTS
Family and parents of guests are invited to relax in the café to enjoy and watch the party until your group moves into their party room.
PHOTOS ON THE DAY
We guarantee memories will be made during your celebrations. Be sure to snap pics and take videos along the way to capture this big day. Tag us at bounceinc on Instagram to share the fun!
PARTY ROOM
EXCLUSIVE ACCESS
When your birthday jumper and their friends have finished unleashing on the trampolines, your Party Host will lead everyone to your private party room. If you have chosen an Unhosted Party, your Party Host will confirm a meeting spot with you on the day where your guests will meet after there 60 minutes of free play. From there, your Party Host will lead you to your private party room.
From there, you have exclusive access for 40 mins to enjoy delicious party food favourites, relive all the memories, sing a big happy birthday and eat cake!
THAT’S A WRAP!
NO CLEAN UP
Your Party Host will let you know when the party is coming to an end before it’s time to vacate the room. The good news is, you can walk away and leave our BOUNCE team to take care of the clean up!
SECOND HOUR
If you have opted for a second hour of play, your guests can head back out for another hour of freestyle at the start of the next session (every 30 minutes).
FREE PASS FOR THE BIRTHDAY JUMPER
Your birthday jumper will receive a FREE pass via email to visit us again as part of your miniBOUNCE and Ultimate party package, so start planning your next visit! We can’t wait to see you back at BOUNCE!
