Can the passes be transferred between people?
Yes, you can transfer this pass between guests.
Can the pass be transferred between ticket types?
If you purchased a miniBOUNCER pass, this is valid on miniBOUNCER 1-hour session at BOUNCE venues in Australia.
If you purchased a General pass, this is valid on Child, Student and Adult tickets for a 1-hour session at BOUNCE venues in Australia.
Can I use the pass at any venue?
Multi Visit Passes & Gift Of Flight passes are valid at all BOUNCE Australia venues including miniBOUNCE Carindale.
What does each pass include?
miniBOUNCER passes are valid for 1-hour miniBOUNCER tickets. General Admission passes are valid for 1-hour Child, Adult and Student tickets.
How long will it take for my Physical Gift of Flight Pack to ship?
Allow up to 48 hours to process your order. All orders ship via Australia Post, which is approximately 2 – 5 days for standard post and 1 – 3 days for express post. You can find the exact timing for your region on the Australia Post website. You will receive a tracking number after your package has been processed.
