BOUNCE Memberships terms and conditions
Minimum term:
- A minimum term applies to all subscriptions. The minimum membership term is 6 weeks commencing from when you sign up.
- Once you have completed your minimum term, your Membership will automatically continue on a weekly basis. If you wish to cancel (once you have completed your 6 week minimum term), you must do so via this link.
Venue access:
- To access your free BOUNCE sessions, you must book online using your BOUNCE membership number, which acts as your personal code.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- When you use your membership number to book any other BOUNCE product, terms and conditions for that product apply to your booking.
- Bookings made using the BOUNCE Membership is valid for the Member holder attached to that account.
- Your booking is subject to availability, BOUNCE can not guarantee availability if the session is booked out.
- All Members must wear a BOUNCE wristband when participating on the activities. Wristbands can be collected at the reception desk upon checking in.
- In venue rules & Terms and Conditions must be followed
- Your membership, benefits and classes are only valid for your home venue
Classes:
- No changes or cancellations to this booking can be made within 4 hours of your class booking.
- If you book into a class and are not able to attend that class for two or more weeks, you may be at risk of being removed from future booked classes.
- You can access one free BOUNCE Freestyle Academy class per week which is bookable on the website using your BOUNCE membership number.
- Your membership, benefits and classes are only valid for your home venue
Suspension:
- Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 4 weeks per year. To pause a Membership, you will need to submit a written request to memberships@bounceinc.com.au giving at least 7 days notice prior to your next weekly payment.
- Pauses to memberships can not be backdated.
- If you are within your minimum term, membership suspension is not classified as a payment towards your contracted term.
Benefits:
- Unlimited venue access during off peak hours
- 1 x 2 hour jump time during on peak hours
- 1 Bounce Freestyle Academy class per week
- 1 Holiday Camp booking per week during school holidays
- 10% off food and beverages
- 10% off special events
- 10% off 1 birthday party per calendar year
- Your membership, benefits and classes are only valid for your home venue
- Your benefits with your membership are only valid for the Member holder. Discounts can only be applied to the membership holder bookings including special events and birthday parties. BOUNCE reserves the right to cancel customers bookings if the membership is misused or distributed publicly.
- Customers are responsible for keeping their membership number confidential. The code is non-transferable and BOUNCE reserves the right to cancel this at any time, without notice.
Payment:
- Payments will commence on the day you sign up for a BOUNCE Membership. Your payments will be direct debited weekly on that same day every week.
- All payments will be taken weekly by direct debit. All payments are non refundable and non transferable.
- If your payment fails, you will be notified and provided information on how to rectify the overdue payment.
- If your payment fails, your membership access and benefits will be suspended until your membership payments are up to date. Suspension of access extends to any bookings or classes you may have.
Changes to Terms & Conditions:
- BOUNCE may at times, add to, edit or delete terms and conditions for the venue. This includes changing our opening and closing hours, services and membership terms.
- At certain times, we may also close the venue for events or to improve facilities. A change to the accessibility of the park for any of these reasons does not constitute grounds for a change in the membership fee.
- The most up to date terms and conditions always apply.
- BOUNCE will provide at least 30 days notice of any changes to the Terms and conditions.
Cancellation:
- Pauses and cancellations to memberships can not be backdated.
- Your cancellation will be applied at the end of your current billing cycle and cannot be changed mid billing cycle. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.
- After the minimum term, you can cancel by filling out the form via this link.
- Members must provide 7 days written notice, at any time after the minimum term has ended.
