Our Group packages start at a minimum of 10 people and you can choose from a Hosted or Unhosted group experience. Our Hosted experience includes 1 hour with one of our awesome BOUNCE hosts to guide your group session.

We aim to be flexible and tailor the BOUNCE experience to your group. Whether your focus is to encourage some healthy competition, team engagement or simply to have a fun time, we will make sure the session is built around your needs.
HOSTED GROUP PACKAGES INCLUDE • Minimum of 10 jumpers required • 1 hour of jump time. 2 hour session are an additional $12 per person. (2 Hours = 1 Hour Hosted + 1 Hour of Free Time) • Access all areas and activities • Dedicated BOUNCE host ● Structured games and activities tailored to your needs • Official BOUNCE Grip Socks ● Suitable for all ages • Optional Extra – Room Hire & Catering (Available Monday – Friday only, and subject to availability)
UNHOSTED GROUP PACKAGE
Our Unhosted Group Package allows you to experience BOUNCE at your own pace without a dedicated BOUNCE Host to guide you through the activities.
UNHOSTED GROUP PACKAGES INCLUDE • Minimum of 10 jumpers required • 1 hour of jump time. 2 hour session are an additional $12 per person. TERMS & CONDITIONS
All payments are Non-refundable and Non-Transferable.
A non-refundable 50% deposit either via VISA / MASTERCARD or via bank transfer is required to secure your booking. This must be paid within 48 hours of making a booking. If a payment is not received within this time, your booking may be cancelled. Final confirmation and payment needs to be made 7 days prior to jump date. Once the booking is paid in full, any changes will be subject to availability.
BOUNCE reserves the right to retain 50% of your total booking if adjustments resulting in cancellation or rescheduling are made within 28 days of your jump date, and 100% of your total booking if adjustments resulting in cancellation or rescheduling are made within 8 days of your jump date . Any adjustments resulting in cancellation outside of 28 days of your jump date will result in a $150 cancellation fee.
Final confirmation of attending jumpers & final payment is due 7 days prior to your event. A BOUNCE Representative will contact you at this time to confirm the final details of your booking.
BOUNCE does not permit external catering. For guests with allergies and dietary requirements, you may bring food if we are unable to offer an alternative, however heating facilities are not available.
All Catering must be organised no less than 10 days prior to your event and will require room hire that is subject to availability.
You must book for your maximum estimated number of guests, as all amendments are subject to availability. Please be aware that you will only be able to reduce your booking down to a minimum of 10 jumpers for a group.
The maximum number of jumpers that 1 host can supervise is 22 jumpers however subject to overall venue capacity.
