Frequently Asked Questions

  1. We currently have an ever increasing number of venues in Australia, as well as international. Check out our locations page for your closest venue and opening hours.

  2. One of the great things about trampolining is that anyone can do it, from young children to their parents and even grandparents. There are no age restrictions, but in order to ensure the safety of everyone, there are various height limits in our venues. Junior Jumpers must be able to walk unassisted and must be under 110cms. To see the restrictions in the venue you are planning on visiting, check out our locations page.

  3. We recommended booking in advance to ensure you can jump when you want. Weekends and holidays sell out in advance and walk-ins cannot be accommodated if we are sold out. Click Book Now to check availability and make a session booking.

  4. Unfortunately not. Once a session has been fully booked out on the website there are no spaces left in the venue. We highly recommend pre-booking your ticket ahead of time to secure a space in venue especially on weekends and school holidays.

  5. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, so it’s easy to book in advance. If you are unable to book online then you can make a booking over the counter however by not booking in advance you run the risk of missing out or waiting for a session with available space.

  6. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you have further concerns about this please contact us on the relevant number

  7. Add your selected tickets to your cart. Apply your promo code in the prompt throughout the booking process and it will automatically apply the valid discount for you. Only one promo code can be applied per booking. Supaworld gift cards and vouchers can be used to make a booking over the phone, or they can be used in venue. Unfortunately they can no longer be used to book online

  14. We recommend athletic clothing with some stretch. Baggy jeans are fine or tracksuit pants and long sleeve shirts are recommended. Lace-up, flat-soled and closed toe sports/skate shoes must be worn in X-Park and Wall Climb in the Geelong and Keysborough venues. BOUNCE socks with grip are compulsory to avoid slipping. These are added to your admission fee the first time you visit BOUNCE and are then yours to keep to be used again at all subsequent visits. 15. In accordance with Australia Trampoline Parks Association (ATPA) guidelines, trampoline grip socks must be worn on the trampolines at all times. This is a safety requirement and strictly enforced at our venues, therefore regular socks are not acceptable. Our BOUNCE socks have been tested for our trampolines, and as we cannot guarantee the same level of quality in alternative socks, we do not allow other brands to be worn. Once purchased, they are yours to keep to be used again at all subsequent visits.

  16. Due to our food health & safety policy, no self-catering is allowed, including cakes. Visitors who have made a birthday party booking are allowed to bring in their own birthday cake for an $8 once-off fee, to be contained in their private party room.
