-Valid for one month only from date email/SMS is received.

-Email/SMS must be presented in venue to validate free ticket.

-Valid ID must be presented at venue.

-Must be used within the month of the birthday.

-Valid at all BOUNCE venues.

-Valid only on General Admission or Junior Jumper ticket types.

-Valid Mon-Fri only.

-Promo code valid for one patron only.

-Subject to availability.

-Non- transferable – bookings cannot be moved to a future date.

-Bookings with promo code must be made online, walk ins are not permitted.

-Discount does not apply to extras

-Promo codes cannot be back-dated or applied to previous transactions

-Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit

-For the promo code to apply, it must be mentioned to customer service representative over the phone, prior to completing your booking or input into the booking system when booking online.

-Use of promo code must be initiated by customer

-Standard BOUNCE terms of use and cancellation policy applies

-Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount
