Terms and conditions

• 1 session is equal to 1 hour of jumping.
• 6th session must be booked within 60 days.
• Valid only on Adult, Child, Student Sessions or miniBOUNCER ticket types (excludes parties, programs and groups).
• Each individual promo code can only be redeemed once.
• Sessions which have a duration of more than one hour (i.e. 2 hour super pass or Playdates) count as 1 session.
• Maximum one free session per transaction.
• Valid at all BOUNCE venues, excludes miniBOUNCE Carindale.
• Subject to availability.
• Your free session does not count towards your next reward.
• Rescheduling your session is subject to availability.
• Walk-ins are subject to availability.
• Free session does not include BOUNCE grip socks.
• Promo codes cannot be back-dated or applied to previous transactions.
• Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
• For the promo code to apply, it must be mentioned to the customer service representative over the phone, prior to completing your booking or input into the booking system when booking online. Use of promo code must be initiated by the customer.
• Standard BOUNCE terms of use and cancellation policy applies.
• Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount.
• BOUNCE reserves the right to amend or withdraw promo codes at any time.
